The web site provides for maximum accessibility and functionality.
The web site is designed with regard to the main principles of accesibility pursuant to the WCAG 1.0 methodology and pursuant to the principles of the project of the United Organisation of the Blind and Weak-Sighted - Blind Friendly Web.
The structure of the layout and the content is based on the structural XHTML 1.0 Strict and the visual presentation is based on cascade styles (CCS).
All texts related to the web content are defined in relative units and their size can be freely adjusted with standard tools of an internet explorer (Ctrl + mouse wheel in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox).
The web site also includes CSS type for print. All sites are printable without any limitations by standard means of internet explorer (standard icon of the printer in the navigation bar of the explorer or via the menu - File - Print).
The above shortcuts are applicable to Internet Explorer over Windows operating system, other browsers may use other shortcuts (such as Mozilla Firefox uses [Alt + Shift] + access key, such as Opera uses [Shift + Esc] + access key)
The site control is not limited to certain types of input device. The content can therefore be accessed both with the mouse and from the keyboard.
Content access is independent of the type of output device, which may be alternative internet browser, text browser, PDA, smart phone or voice reader.
